Oxytetracycline is a half synthesis of penicillin broad-spectrum. The antibiosis is same to ampicillin. the acid resistance and sterilization is better for ampicillin .However it is not suit for cure meningitis. It half life period is 61.3 minutes. At acid condition the absorptivity of gastrointestinal tract is 90%.The absorption of oxytetracycline is better for ampicillin
Oxytetracycline has a strong sterilization and ability of piercing cell wall. The lactam group of oxytetracycline molecule will hydrolyze to peptide linkage when take orally and make the G-GT lose activation. The oxytetracycline cut the only way which thallus depends on G-GT used to synthetize glycopeptide. The oxytetracycline can make bacterial cell turn to conglobulation and dissolve. At last, because of losing moisture the bacterial is die of constantly  permeate .It has a strong bacteriostat and sterilization to G+ and G-.but it is mild sensitive to Streptococcus hemolyticus,Bacterium burgeri ,salmonella and enterococcus. The blood dialysis can clean away some drug, but peritoneum dialysis could not clear away.
Indications:
For the treatment of beef cattle,horse,sheep and pigs caused by the Gram-positive and-negative bacteria, Mycoplasma, Leptospirosis, Rickettsial and Chlamydia infections. Some sensitive bacterium for oxytetracycline: streptococcusA, B, C ,F, G and nongrouping type, the incre asing mononuclear Bacillus diphtheriae,Diplococcus intracellularis,Bacillus pertussis,Propionibacterium,peptostreptococcus,Streptococcus bovis,saimonella,Eubacterium,actinomycetes leptospire,Microspironema pallidum.
Some instability sensitive bacterium: penicillin sensitive or drug resistance pneumococcus ,Streptococcus, Colibacillus,Proteus mirabilis,Sh,Bacillus comma,Neisseria Gonorrhoeae,Bacillus fusiformis.
Some drug resistance bacterium: Staphylococci,Bacillus Canalis Capsulatus,Bacillus proteus,Veillonella,Mycoplasma,Rickett's organism,Legionella,Bacillus fragilis.
Dosage and Administration:
For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.:
The general dose is :10~20mg/kg body weight daily.Cows ,pigs ,horse and sheep:1~2ml per 10kg body weight for one treatment of at least 3 days.These doses maybe repeated during 4-5 days (If necessary )
Withdrawal Period:
Withdrawal period for meat:14 days 
Withdrawal period for milk : 3 days
Precaution:Do not exceed 20ml per injection site.Keep out of reach of children.
Side effects:
Do not use the product in ewes producing milk for human consumption.FT-Oxytetracycline 10% injection is not recommended for use in horses,dogs and cats.Do not dilute the FT-Oxytetracycline 10% injection,although oxytetracycline 10% injection is well tolerated ,occasionally a slight reaction of a transient nature has been observed.Not for use in animal suffering from renal or hepatic damage .The use of FT-Oxytetracycline 10% injection during the period of tooth and bone development,including late pregnancy,may lead to discolouration.If concurrent treatment is administrered,usd a separate injection site.Wash hands after use .In case of contact with eyes or skin,wash immediately with water.
Storage:
Below 25ºC,store in cool and dark place ,protect from light.
